Tasty food! Chana Masala is really good and perfectly seasoned. I have always ordered to go but the restaurant is always busy when I stop in to pick up my order.

Very delicious food but waaaay spicy for this wimpy white girl! The flavors and selection on the buffet were very nice though and I wish my palate could have handled it better. Very sketchy looking on the outside but extremely clean on the inside. Like seriously probably the cleanest looking restaurant I've ever been to. Next time I won't do buffet and ask them to mKe mine mild.

Solid food and really affordable. I don't find myself in this area of NJ too often but this was definitely worth stopping into for a great meal. Only downside for me is I do not live close enough to do take out or delivery. Guess I'll just have to find a reason to be over on this side of the bridge more.

There's one thing I learned when it came to finding great food and that is to look for those little secret spots they may not be pretty on the outside and they may be hidden on some back street in an unexpected location, but never underestimate them. Had we done that we clearly would've missed out on work turned out to be an awesome treasure find located in Burlington New Jersey. My wife and I to start our not into buffets one we don't eat that much and two. We are picky when it comes to our food, the ingredients, the presentation, the service, a whole package. As of the reviewer's mentioned it in a gritty area in a very odd located small strip mall located on 130 in Burlington. If you didn't know it was there you passed right by it. Upon arrival we were greeted, asked if we've been before walked us through how we order the types of foods, their spice level, the various options that were in the Buffet today. Or drink beverage order was taken and it was suggested that we try to mango shake, which I am so glad that we did. It was wonderful. My wife and I both opted for the Buffay in this case, based on the array of options, to enable us to sample various foods and their spice levels. Just so you understand our spice levels are around five we like the flavor that spice enhances of the food, but should never leave a burning sensation or need for yogurt or a glass of milk, those days are long past me, but I will tell you their spice levels were spot on just a tiny bit heat to enhance the flavors, but it didn't linger. We both took small portions of a few different options and hands-down, my favorite was the vegetable options- the egg plant option the mixed vegetable option and the goat curry won me over I even found bone marrow to suck out of the bones. Value a spot on and I believe 16 per person. We got a bowl of water again the mango shake all and we were at $44. We've already told some friends that we need to come back and we set them up. Also it's one of those that you need to try. We will be back, and the folks that helped us were so extremely polite, and they would bend over backwards to insure that We had a tasty time. And remember, don't always judge a book by its cover because if so, you'll miss out .

I haven't been here since before COVID. I've been craving Indian food and know this place was good in the past. Just a warning that the buffet is only open 12pm-6pm now. Take-out is until 8pm. I did the buffet because I like the option to choose a little bit of many different things. I thought it was very clean and the food was fresh. They do a lot of take-out, so the turnover is good. Everything was delicious. Nothing tasted like it was sitting around. I went on an off-time (3:30pm on a Wednesday) and it was busy. Oh, and they have signs now with the names of the entrees!!! I smiled because that was something I mentioned in my review 5 years ago. It was really nice to see!! The naan was light, fluffy, and warm. From the buffet, I tried the rice and peas, curry goat, curry chicken, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, eggplant, a chickpea dish, and the spinach paneer. I thought the spinach was super spicy but everything else was a good spice level for a buffet. My favorites are the curry goat and the butter chicken. Don't be discouraged by the location. It's in a small strip mall and seems a little quiet. The restaurant looks empty often, but they do a lot of take-out.

Bukhara must mean homemade Indian / Pakistani deliciousness because this food was fantastic. There is nothing fancy about the restaurant or the dishes but they are packed full of authentic flavor and spice. The restaurant is located in a nondescript shopping center along a run down section of US-130 next to an Indian grocery store, but don't let that deter you. We ordered takeout and chose all vegetarian meals. When I arrived to pickup my order on a Thursday night I found the restaurant dimly lit, quiet, and empty. They have an open kitchen and a small dining room. My order came right out and was handed to me by smiling friendly people. We tried the bindi masala, paneer tikka masala, saag paneer, yellow rice, channa masala, garlic naan, and aloo gobi. Every selection was 5 stars. This is not the Americanized style of food at all; it' like dining at an Indian household. Disclaimer: The food is spicy, so if you're not a fan of spice let them know as all the dishes are made fresh to order. I think we will be ordering again next week.
